The typical lead time depends on the project size, level of personalisation, and material. A one-off in bronze set can take 6–8 weeks, while large orders in acrylic may require up to 6 months from design sign-off.

We usually begin with a list of buildings, themes, or concepts you'd like to incorporate — but we're also happy to suggest ideas if you’d prefer to explore creative directions together.

We can produce one-off custom sets in bronze, so there’s no fixed MOQ. Other materials have higher MOQ's.

We offer everything from fully bespoke sets to adapted versions of our existing ranges. Custom boards, branded packaging, engraved messages, and personalised details are all possible.
